I need help with this Adobe alert.

I keep getting this alert despite already having the latest version of Adobe. I have restarted my computer multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe, but I still get this alert. This is a screening questionnaire for a job I have applied for. Please help!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

This looks like an issue with the questionnaire when the application/browser is not able to identify the version of Acrobat installed on your computer.

 

The recommendation here would be to reach out to the organization to which you have applied the job for.

 

This error prompt isn't something we have control over.
