I need to add "Optimize pdf" tool, I paid, now?

As soon as I clicked add Optimize pdf, a link prompted asking me to pay, I chose standard and paid.

I added an "export" tool, worked fine, however this is not the case today.

The tool won't add on, and I have no idea if I paid for the wrong service or if because the billing wasn't processed..??

    What do you buy? For the optimize tool you need Acrobat Pro.

    When I bought the service I read that the cost was 1.99 dollars and when I was charged it was 23.88 dollars and I did not use the service and I want to cancel what should I do to get my reimbursement?

    Here comes the second problem, I figured that Pro might be the option, so I intended to upgrade to that, but i was given any option except using a different account??
