I need to update my Adobe Reader. How do I do this?

Could you please share more details about the issue? Are you getting any error message with the freeware Acrobat Reader when trying to update it? Are you on a Mac or a Windows machine, and what is the version?

Please close Acrobat Reader and other related Adobe apps, and restart the machine. Then launch Reader > Go to Menu (Windows) | Acrobat (Mac) > Help > Check for updates. Install any available update, and restart the machine.

If you get any error message, use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to do a clean installation to remove any corrupt or conflicting app files. Restart the machine after uninstalling the app, and download Acrobat Reader.
