I Pat for suscription and i cant use it

What app are you talking about? Acrobat Reader is freeware, so you don't have to pay for it. Also, if you see an error message, then tell us what error message in detail. Phrases like "error meassage appears" doesn't help at all to identify your particular problem.

Could you please confirm the Adobe subscription you have purchased? Did you purchase it directly from Adobe or from other sources? Please provide more information.
