I purchased a subscription but still cant access export

I purchased a subscription on adobe acrobat but i keep getting directed to the purchase plans page. I followed all the steps, recieved the verification emails, tried the help desk, disabled the security features and still nothing works.

 I really need the export pdf to word doc feature ASAP for work. Help!!!
