I purchased adobe export pdf and nothing happened.... Why?

I wanted to export pdf into word and for it i subscriberd  ( adobe export  pdf ) and I paid money for  that which was nearly 10$ per year  from google play by this account by my visa .. Then i did not find any thing happened.... What is the wrong and why?

    I am sorry for the delayed response and for the trouble you had while using the Document Cloud service.

    I have checked the records with your Adobe ID(email) which you have used to sign-in on Adobe forums and couldn't find any subscription/license of Adobe Export PDF associated with the email address and there were no transaction details found with the email address.

    As you mentioned that you tried subscribing the services through Google Play store, please check the subscription status once from the Play store whether the purchase went through successfully or not. If there was any problem with the payment, you may have to contact Google Support team Google Help

    If you try to export the PDF file or will try to use the services, you may get a message to resubscribe.

    Have you purchased the service using a different email address? If yes, would you mind sharing the email address by Private message only so that I can check the details and assist you? To send a private message, please take help from the article How Do I Send  Private Message | Adobe Community

    If you are able to locate the email address through which you subscribed Adobe ExportPDF service and want to access the services on a desktop machine, then you can use the URL https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ https://documentcloud.adobe.com/

    Sign-in with your email address and access the services.

    You may also use the freeware Adobe Reader application on your desktop machine to access the services. Download and install Adobe Reader application, then sign-in with the email address associated with the license/subscription and access the services.

    To download Adobe Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    If you wish to access the Adobe ExportPDF service on your mobile device, then download Adobe Reader mobile application Acrobat mobile app, PDF reader for iPad, iPhone, Android | Adobe Document Cloud

    Sign in with the email address through which you purchased the license and access the Adobe ExportPDF service.

    Please check the security as follows.

    1. Open the file in Acrobat Reader.

    2. Choose Properties for the File Menu.

    3. Click the Security tab.

    4. Read the "Security method". It may say "None" or "Password security" or "certificate security". The other settings are not relevant.

    5. Please tell us what it says for "Security method".

    If the method says "None" you need to do what your message says: Contact customer support for help. The message simply means what it says. It does NOT mean that your payment has a problem.

    Can you give me link to cantact customer support for help?

    I don't know how can i contact them

    (the security what i saw is none)

    What would you expect to happen? What have you tried and what were the results?

    I expected that adobe inc. Would give it to me as i paid it and after that i tried to open it and export pdf into word but i was surprised that they tell me that i subscriberd in it then when  i have been chosen certain pdf, i could not convert it to word or excel.... So i see nothing is happened although i paid for them... Why?
