I recently received a "Blocked Plug-in" message when trying to open a newsletter, previously opened???

Also, after downloading and adding Adobe Acrobat Reader on my MAC, keep getting a message to add it again (about 15 times).

    I assume the web browser you are working on is safari? Could you confirm the exact version of it?

    Also, you may try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the help document mentioned below-

    Blocked plug-in in Adobe Acrobat & Reader on Safari 7 and 6.1

    Hi Denny,

    Sorry to hear that.

    As suggested in the help document, after allowing the pdf plugin it should work.

    Have you tried with a different web browser? If not, then could you please try with once for the testing purpose?
