I want to download reader app windows 8.1 off line. hoe can i do it?

heloo ! thanks for he answer.

i have clicked on the link you sent me and i have got to the full downloading.

but i think that the file download is of adobe acrobat reader software and i need "reader app" for windows 8.1 .

can you help me ? thanks

you can choose your operating system from the menu in the link I posted earlier.

Or do you mean you need Reader for an Android device? In that case, go to Google Play.
