I want to re-edit an editable PDF that already has information

Okay so, I created an editable file. I save it and im able to write in the boxes and click checkboxes and it works pretty fine. But.. I want to re-edit that information, I want to be able to write on the forms, save it and be able to open it again and modify the information of this forms.

Is this possible?
