The pdf form is not opening and keep showing this error "If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF
viewer may not be able to display this type of document." Even though im im using the latest version of the reader. Please help

This "Please wait …"-page is the so called Shell-PDF that carries a XDP document. This is a XML-based template to render interactive forms in a PDF viewer. It's also known as XFA = XML Forms Architecture. Only PDF viewers like Adobe Acrobat / Reader for PC/Mac support XFA, all others only see that Shell-PDF.
