    As per the issue description mentioned above, Adobe Reader is crashing on your computer, is that correct?

    Try troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

    1- Check for update- launch Reader>click Help>Check for Updates.

    2- If that doesn't work, try repairing Reader by clicking Repair Installation under Help menu, reboot the machine after repair and relaunch Reader.

    Could you let us know if Reader crashes when you launch the application or when you open any pdf in the application?
