    Hello @Energetic_precision5f4e

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had.

Could you please share more details about the issue?

    1. What is the exact error message (screenshot if possible)?

    2. Where are you uploading it, Adobe's cloud, or an external website/portal (which one)?

    3. Are you on Windows, Mac, or a phone, and did you add any password/security when signing?

    4. Which Adobe product is involved? A) Acrobat web, B) Acrobat desktop, C) Acrobat Reader, D) Acrobat Sign?

    5. At what step does the error occur? A) Uploading the file, B) Sending for signature, C) Sharing the document, D) Saving the signed PDF.

Try using a different browser if you are trying to upload the PDF, connect the machine to a different network type, like a LAN connection, or to a mobile hotspot, and check. Restart the app and the machine, and try again.

Please note that the signed PDF needs flattening. After you e-sign, the signature is a live layer, and some upload targets choke on that. Flatten it by re-creating a clean copy: open the file in Acrobat, File > Print, choose "Adobe PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the printer, save under a new name, and upload that new file. This resolves a large share of "signed document won't upload" errors.

If you are uploading through Acrobat itself (for example, to request a signature) and it fails at the send step, sign out and back in, update Acrobat (Menu > Help > Check for updates), reboot, and try again; this specific send error is often fixed by an update or a re-sign-in.

I hope this helps, and please let us know how the suggestions work, and reach out to us if you need any assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
