Implement Text Replace comments into document

Hi,

I'm currently translating a quite graphically rich document and I have used the 'add note to replace text' tool. Is there any way of implementing these changes directly into the document for my client rather than supplying a pdf with 200 comments on it?

No. PDF files are not editable in this way. The comments are meant to be sent to an editor who will then implement them in the original file and create a new PDF file from it.
