Impossible d'imprimer avec adobe acrobate reader DC

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème d'impression

Je n'arrive plus à imprimer un document pdf avec adobe acrobate reader dc

Je sais ouvrir le fichier avec adobe mais quand je clique sur l'imprimante en haut de l'écran je ne reçois pas l'aperçu et au bout de quelques secondes mon document disparait

Avec l'imprimante tout est OK, j'ai essayé une page de test

Un document word j'arrive à imprimer

Mon ordi a Windows 10

Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider svpl

      Hi Myriamd,

      Sorry for the delay in response.

      As mentioned above, while clicking on the printer icon available at the menu bar at top doesn't bring the print dialog box and neither the print preview. So, did you try the print command Ctrl+P or File>Print? Does it gives the same result?

      • Since printer prints a word document, then yo may check whether Adobe Reader has its latest patch installed or not. Open Reader Dc>Help>Check for update.
      • Try printing a different document File>Print and see if the result is different?
      • Try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the help article here: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader
