Impossible de lire une vidéo sous Acrobat Reader DC

Bonjour à tous,

Lorsque je clique sur une vidéo intégrée à un fichier PDF, le message d'erreur suivant s'affiche :

Comment pourrais-je régler le problème afin de lire la vidéo ? Je suis sous Windows 10 à jour, Acrobat Reader DC est aussi à jour et Adobe flash player est installé.

Voici comment j'ai configuré Acrobat Reader :

J'ai essayé toutes les options de l'encadré rouge, rien n'y fait ...

    We're sorry for the trouble you had, would you mind sharing the error message shown in the screenshot in English?

    What is the current version of Adobe Reader installed on the machine? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader 19.010.20064 installed.

    What is the version of the Windows operating system installed?

    Have you created this PDF file or have received it on email?

    You may refer to the following Adobe help article Playing video, audio, and multimedia formats in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat

    Have you tried with other PDF files which have a video embedded in it? If not, please try once.
