Looking at your query, it seems you don't see the check box for "Print on both sides of paper" on print window?

If your printer supports duplex printing, then you should be able to print dual sided. Try the suggestion given in the help article here: Unable to print double-side or single-side in Acrobat on Mac.  this would help you enabling the duplex printing.
