Incomplete download of PDF to Word document

After Converting PDF document to Word, getting the Ready indication, and Downloading it, the downloaded Word docx. file (in Document Cloud) in incomplete.

I have attempted it multiple times.

I use a laptop PC, Windows 10, Chrome platform.

    Hi Odbluth4849,

    I see that you have subscribed for the Adobe Export PDF.

    As mentioned above, it seems that you are using the service online through https://cloud.acrobat.com/

    Have you tried with the different web browser? if not please try a different one.

    Also, you can use the service through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application.

    If you have not installed the Reader you may refer to the- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Let us know if it still doesn't work.
