Incorporating Partial Text Copying for Hands-On Practice

I'm currently in the midst of developing an e-learning document. This document will contain educational content as well as specific computer codes or commands that users should be able to copy and paste into their own machines. My question pertains to the setup of this PDF file – how can I configure it to allow users to copy only the designated portions of text while preventing them from copying the entire document? Any insight will be very helpful. Thank you.

    These forums are not a way to get a reply from Adobe. It's mostly a user-to-user forum.

    To answer your question: You can't really do that, unless you convert all the parts you don't want to be copiable into an image.
