Incorrect Image error and Save As loads as blank page

Boa tarde.Estou com os seguintes problemas:Toda vez que inicio qualquer arquivo em pdf surge uma mensagem de erro informando que a imagem RdrCEF.exe está incorreta. Na mensagem informa que o HID.DLL não foi criado. Até aí tudo bem. Eu fecho a mensagem de erro e consigo visualizar o arquivo numa boa. Porém, quando preciso salvar alguma modificação, a opção de salvar como nunca carrega e fica em branco, simplesmente.Obs.: Já tentei baixar a DLL e adicionar manualmente, mas não consegui pq o sistema não me permite fazer alterações na pasta System32.Adicionei duas imagens para que fique mais fácil de entender:

Hi Mariat,

As you get error "RdrCEF.exe image is incorrect" when you open any PDF in the application, try once uninstalling and re-installing application.

Runt the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to remove the application from the device.

Reboot the machine and then re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Check if that resolves your issue.

For your second issue, if it still occurs after re-installing, then go to Edit > Preferences > General.

Un-check the box for "Sow online storage when saving files" and click OK at the bottom of the Preferences window.

Then check if you are able to save the PDF or not.
