Question

Increasing custom margin

Hi,

I have a PDF document of 5'' x 8'' size. I would like to add custom margins (adding white space) to all sides:

Top: 0.605, Bottom: 0.605, Left: 0.57, Right: 0.57

such that the page size becomes 6.14" x 9.21" .

Is it possible to do so with Acrobat DC without scaling the content such that custom white space of specified mesaurement is added to all sides?

Shall be grateful if anyone could helpin this regard.

Thanks & Regards,

Aman

Hi Aman,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned by Bernd Alheit, it is possible using the Acrobat DC application. You may use the "Set page boxes" dialogue box for custom margin. Please refer to the information provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/crop-pdf-pages.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

Thank you resposing to the thread. I have Adobe Acrobat DC however, with respect to page margin dialog box, the area always seems to be greyed out thereby making it impossible to add custom margins.

Here, is a snapshot:

Is it possible to make changes to these margins?

Thanks & Regards,

Aman

It is possible with Adobe Acrobat Pro, not Acrobat Reader.
