El icono que advierte que un texto resaltado ha sido comentado es ridículo. Por ejemplo:
Existe alguna manera de cambiar éste icono, incluso de forma manual, para hacerlo detectable?

Currently, there is no option to change the icon to indicate the text.
However, you can change the icon appearance for other comment tools from the properties window.
