Initial view tab under document properties is missing in adobe reader, is it pro only feature or available for free users as well? If yes then how do I enable initial view tab in document properties, Thanks!

Yes, it's not in Reader. Reader cannot edit document properties, so the tab is not there (even though it would be sometimes useful to be able to check the settings without editing them).
