Instalaçao Adobe Reader

Estava com a ultima versão do Reader instalada e do nada ele parou de abrir os documentos.

tentei de tudo quanto e maneira resolver o problema, porem, sem sucesso.

Desinstalei tudo, segui todas recomendaçoes e agora, sem o reader, quando tento instalar no fim da instalaçao vem a mensagem que o mesmo nao pode ser instalado pois ja esta no computador!

serio, nao sei mais o que fazer!! o programa nao esta instalado em lugar nenhum e esse bug fica insistindo nisso!

o que posso fazer?
