Instalação concluí, mas não instala o aplicativo

Estou há dias tentando solucionar este problema e não consigo, o aplicativo carrega até os 50% logo depois vai direto para o 100%, ao invés de aparecer este sinal verde ✔, aparece um X vermelho e diz que a instalação foi concluida.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html and reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
