Install Issues with Browser Choice

Hello Community -

I just installed Reader.  There was a prompt about which browser to choose when opening up a file.  The default was Edge but I changed it Chrome.  Now, I'm trying to open up some pdf files but there are Chrome symbols beside the files in my file manager.  When click to open, I can't because the error messages says that Chrome is having some "system issues".  Can someone help me out?

Hi gerardf20204737,

If you want to use Chrome to view PDF then you should check with Chrome support. Our plugin is only supported in Internet Explorer. Hope that helps,
