Installation faite mais Acrobat Reader inutilisable !!!!

Acrobat Reader apparaît bien sur mon bureau, les prélèvements de paiement pour son utilisation sont en cours depuis un mois, mais je ne parviens toujours pas à modifier les pdf ou à travailler tout simplement !

Acrobat Reader is (a) free and (b) does not allow editing of PDFs. Did you subscribe to Adobe Acrobat DC but install Reader by mistake?

J'ai exactement le même problème, et en desepoir je viens de contracter...un informaticien!! j'ai beaucoup de doc en retard à modifier et ... rien... pourtant, j'ai bien installer??? Si qqn peut aider??
