INstallation matter

dear sir

 

 after i install the ACrobat reader DC,,,, it failed as it said a latest version is installed,,, but i dun hv any version inside the computer,,, please help as i need the programme for filled and signed

Hi there,

 

We are sorry for the trouble. As described above you are not able to install the application and getting the message ' new version already installed'

 

The error is shown due to a missing update for Universal C Runtime in Windows. Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-1722--there-is-a-problem-with-this-windows-installer-packa.html
