Question

installing

I've tried installing Adobe Reader DC on my Mac. I've chatted with a technician for a long time with no results. When I get to the installer it just keeps bouncing in the dock and doesn't move forward.  Looking for ideas!

    Hi Shoshanao,

As stated above you have Mac OS (El Capitain 10.11.6) and experiencing issues while installing the Adobe Reader.

Not sure which technicians you have contacted: Adobe will not help with free software.

    Let's start with the basics.

    1. What is your version of Mac OS? (Please ask if you don't know how to find out).

    2. Are you able to install other software OK, or is this the first software to add to this particular Mac?

    3. Where do you download Reader?

    4. Did you try clicking on the dock where the icon was bouncing?
