Installing Adobe acrobat DC in the second device

I had bought an Adobe Acrobat DC license and had received the redemption code within last year.  When I tried to get the serial # for installing in my second device, I got the error message that the redemption code is already used.  The license came with installation permission in three devices, if I remember correctly.  I need to urgently install the software in my second device, so I look forward to hearing from you.

    Make sure you are using the same Adobe ID. And if it isn't there, you will need to contact Adobe. Make sure you choose the product name and problem area accurately. For example if you choose Acrobat Reader, or choose Q&A, you won't get a representative.

    The menu options are very confusing.  Can you tell me the series of menu options I should go about to get to a representative who can answer this question?  Thank you!

    With luck, it will be in your account details. Go to Adobe's home page and look under manage my account. I recommend you keep a paper record though, no guarantee it will always be there.

    I am not able to find the serial number in my account details. Can you suggest any other way?  I called the support number but there does not seem to any way to get to a representative.  Thank you!

    A redemption code can be used only once. But the serial number you now have for life. You can use it on up to two (not three) computers of the same type (Mac or Windows).

    Thank you for your quick response.  I have lost the serial #.  How can I retrieve it back?
