Installing Adobe Reader DC

I am trying to install Adobe Reader, that is supposed to be a free software from Adobe. But Adobe is pushing me to buy Adobe Acrobat including trial version, and another program in French. I tried to install Reader a number of times but received same reault. Anyone knows how to install Adobe Reader without buyin any other software from Adobe?
