 Can anyone solve this problem?

I try to search this on the internet but it has not solution in this problem.

    I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

     

    Please restart the machine, use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupt application files, restart the machine again, and install Acrobat Reader.
