interactive pdf display problem

hello, I created an interactive pdf with the fields that can be filled. When someone outside fills it in I can see this information only by printing the document or in the Outlook preview. When I save it all the information that has been filled in is not visible

This is usually the result of the file being edited in a non-complaint PDF viewer.

Instruct the users to only open it in Adobe Reader for best results.

I have Adobe Reader and when I try to open it (after the person has filled in their information) I can't see the informations.
