Internet access for unknown reasons

Hello everyone at Adobe Support

When I recently opened a PDF file with Adobe Reader, a proxy authentication screen appeared, but I don't know why it appeared(I do have an Internet connection through a proxy). It appeared to be for "armmf.adobe.com."I've tried to disable auto-update, but the problem is still unresolved.

Can you tell me why?thank you.
