Invalid plugin detected - when entrust entelligence security provider 9.3 installed

Hi all 

we encounter this error when using adobe acrobat reader Version 2020

And this happen only with computers that have the program for digital signatures: entrust entelligence security provider 9.3

when we uninstall it adobe works fine,

but unfortunately we have to use entrust for some corporation reasons

is there any solution you could suggest for this issue?
