Invisble Font (or white) when filling forms

Hello,

One user from a customer working on an Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS Host is having a strange problem when filling text in pdf forms.

The text seems invisible or white an can't be seen. When he marks the are he can see that the text is there but just not visble when not marked.
Other users don't have this problem.

I already uninstalled Adobe Reader with the help of the cleaning tool, but this didn't seem to help.
Is there any option within the adobe reader to set the color used when filling out forms ?
