iPad & Mac files are different!

I’ve done some work on my iPad, adding a lot of comments to a PDF file, but I can’t find the updated version on my Mac. I literally cannot open the correct version of the file. It seems to have been uploaded to iCloud, yet on my Mac, I only see the old comments.

 

Sharing a copy of the file from my iPad doesn’t work either, as only the old comments appear.

 

Any chance Adobe staff is interested in improving their products, or should I just use other tools?

Ok, now all my comments are gone.

Hi there 

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the late reply. 

 

I hope you would have fixed the issue by now. If the issue still exists, please update the version of the Acrobat application and the OS you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.205XX go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and check if that works.
