IPreviewHandler doesn't work in windows 10

Acrobat Reader DC File version: 18.11.20058.33888 Product version: 18.11.20058.296032

Windows 10 32 64

The DoPreview method return 0x80004005.

But, The preview is working fine in Windows Explorer. Do you have any idea?

My idea is that this is not a developer tool from Adobe. Developer APIs are extensively documented in the Acrobat SDK: most are paid for. They MIGHT NOT try to make third party apps fail, but they will also test and support only with Explorer.
