IRM client for PDF

A secured encrypted acrobat file, connection through IE with username, password which works. You see the document but nothing can be done with it.

This IRM Client for PDF document cannot be displayed because the system environment is not secure. Please verify that no screen capture utilities are running and re-open the document.

I had hardcopy installed, removed, cleaned the registry checkup startup.

And I have another computer where hardcopy is running without an issue.
