When I try to download an interactive IRS form, it states that I need to update Adobe. When I try to update, I am told it is installed, yet I still connot download the form off the IRS web-site. How do I resolve?

    You will need to right-click the link to the document, choose to download it then open it in Reader. Neither of the browsers you mention actually use or are compatible with the Adobe Reader plug-in.

    So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe and then tried Edge and

    Chrome, I still cannot download.
