IRS document problem

I have been unable to acquire the IRS form I-9 on my new computer.  I use Microsoft Edge and have verified that my Adobe Reader program is up to date.  Every time I try to open the PDF document, it tell me an error message like I either don't have the most up to date version or don't have Adobe at all.  However, I have accessed 4 other IRS documents with no problem.  Why would this be happening and how do I solve the problem.  I really need the I-9 forms soon.  Thank you.

    You cannot use such documents in Edge, it isn't smart enough and refuses to use Reader. So save it from Edge to your desktop then open in Reader.
