Is Adobe General Terms of Use applied to Acrobat Reader?

When I`ve checked Adobe license policies through Licenses and Terms of Use | Adobe, Adobe General Terms of Use applies to many of their products such as Creative Cloud, but I couldn`t find a link of it right next to the Adobe Acrobat Reader, contrary to the products in the Creatie Cloud(you can find the link of General Terms of Use right next to every single products in Creative Cloud)Live in the Forums: Ask an Expert
