Is is safe to delete ARM/S folder from the C Drive

Hello Folks,

I have noticed that in my C Drive ProgramData/Adobe/ARM/S almost they took 10 GB, I got to know these are the old software updates, is it safe to delete the folder that are 3 months old, also each one of has contain AdoveARM.MSI and AdobeARMhelper Application file
