Is it possible to compare a PDF Text File with an Excel File which includes more than 1000 Words and word combinations

    What kind of comparison do you want to perform, exactly? Do you want to check if the PDF contains all of the terms in the Excel file?

    If so, then yes, it's possible, but it's not a built-in feature of the application. It will require the development of a custom-made script, plugin or stand-alone application.

    I have to check which terms contains in both Files. Further i want to get an Excel List with these Terms.

    Is it in this case the only possibility to built a tool by myself ?

    I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but yes, most likely you will have to build it by yourself, or hire someone to do it for you.
