Issue? an filled document saved and than signed with option as new kopie does not create a copy

Reproduce:

1. Fill a form

2. Save filled form without signature under the original name

3. sign, continue, as protected copy, continue

Result: It overwrites the document and does not create a copy.

Anyone else with this problem?
