Issue: Licensed Adobe Acrobat closes automatically and asks for registration

Hi,

I have installed an Adobe Acrobat XI Standard (11.0.0.0). It is registered with serial no. It is showing message for product activation on install completion and asking for registration while opening pdf. After some time pdf file closes automatically. I do not have any user credentials to register product.

You can skip that step. The important part is to activate it. If you didn't deactivate the older installations you will have to contact Adobe directly and ask for an activation count reset.

Hi Adobe,

Thanks for ypour response. 

Plese provide a way to deactivate a license from previous machine and activate on current machine.

One thing to note here is that, earlier product was installed with same serial key on one machine. Now that is uninstalled and same key is applied on another machine.
