Hello, I had two questions regarding my subscription to Acrobat Reader DC that is currently certain issue. I keep getting a message statithe application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000022. The second issue is that once viewing a document on Acrobat Reader DC, when I go print and try to change the paper size to something bigger, I can no longer choose that option.... Please help me with what I should do.

Please provide the following details:

1. Version of Acrobat Reader installed on your system

2. Paper size you have used

3. Your OS version and type

4. Printer name and model

5. Please mention your workflow of changing Page size

6. Sample PDF with which you have encountered this issue

Could you please try updating Reader to the latest and see if it works:

Launch Reader>click Help menu>select Check for Updates.

Also, confirm the version of Reader installed on the machine?
