When trying to open a specific pdf file with my adobe reader version 2020.012.20048 i get "insufficient data for an image" error message and my pdf is displayed as blank pages.
Would you please help me to find out what that error means.
Thanks in advance,

Come on Adobe. This is all over the internet as a common issue.
What is the fix?

I read where you have provided an update to fix the issue however that has not fixed it.
I am running 2020.013.20074 and checked for updates. There ar none.
I have read where people are being advised to open pdfs in other 3rd party apps to solve the problem.

Really? Your software is very expensive and we need to use 3rd party apps to fix issues like this.

Please sort this out soon. Productivity is in the toilet.

We have had the same issue with trying to print signed commercial invoices as PDFs with the latest version (2020.013.20074).  When I open the PDF with google chrome I can print it. However, the signature just shows up as a black box. When I open it in Acrobat Reader DC the signature doesn't show up at all but I can still select it as if there is something there.  I'm wondering if the signature is the 'image' that has insufficient data.
