Issue with forms opening in Reader, all text entry fields don't load.

Hi All,

So we use Reader at work, and I recently made a form for one of our departments that comprises of a bunch of text fields to be filled out when going through the form. The problem that we are having is that some times when opening the form, whether it is blank or completed, the text fields don't load in at all.

I have found a way to repeat the error. I have found that if Reader is closed, and the form is opened it will load fine 100% of the time, however if I close the .pdf leaving Reader open on the home screen, and open the form again from the file menu it will trigger the error. Also if I have any other .pdf file open in Reader before opening the form it will cause the error.

So the only way to prevent the error at the moment is to make sure that the form is always opened first, and initiates the opening instance of Reader. This is obviously quite inconvenient if you are working on something that requires a .pdf to be open, and then you need to open the form if you get a call from a customer etc.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

If it is relevant, the form was created using Nitro Pro (our company won't pay for the license for Acrobat T-T)
