Issue with opening a document/form

Don't open the file in a browser. Download the file and open it in Acrobat Reader.

We're sorry for the trouble you had, please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader DC installed on the machine.

Check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and try.

I downloaded the CMS 100 Employment application form and I am able to view the form in Adobe Reader on my Windows 10 machine.

Try repairing Adobe Reader once from help>repair installation(for Windows machine), reboot the machine once and open the downloaded PDF in Adobe Reader and check.

Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?
