Issue with the find tool.

Hello, 

Every time I use the find tool and I search for a word from my pdf, it usually shows the number of results from all over the file. For example, 2/34 and arrow buttons to navigate through the various searches but suddenly it stopped showing me the number. 

Is this related to something? also, I am using the free version.
